Does anyone know what the longest tenured still active associate is (in terms of years)? I know someone who just retired at 45.

I was under the impression that policyholder service was not 24 hour anymore. Each office is closing the phone lines for service at 9:00 pm? “Business hours” 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. I’m hearing from someone on another thread that they talk to service (not claims) agents late at night all the time. Is that correct?
