Anyone here use a device to help with constant anxiety?

I'm anxious basically all the time and I'm also a really sensitive person, so small stuff gets stuck in my head way longer than it should. I can calm myself down sometimes but it feels like my body stays tense even when nothing is actually wrong. I've been thinking about getting some kind of device that helps with relaxation or the nervous system, but I have no clue what's actually worth trying. Has anyone here used one and noticed a real difference?

Need a non drug way to shut my brain off at night

I have the classic problem, the second my head hits the pillow, my brain decides it's time to replay every awkward thing I've ever done and plan out the next ten years. I tried sleeping pills at first but stopped, also was quite a weed smoker before, so I think it's also why it's hard for me to fall asleep now that I stopped smoking, can't shut off my brain that easily anymore. I've seen several blogs and videos claim how vagus nerve stimulators can help you calm down before bed. Anyone ever tried any of them? Would be nice to get some honest reviews from you guys, cause it's been one hell of a month.

Anyone tried these? looking at pulsetto sleep device reviews

I’m so done at this point. My job has been running me into the ground lately my brain just wont shut off at night. Even when I'm like totally worn out. I lie there, won't sleep, my heart is going bananas… tension keeps on building even though nothing is actually happening. Are these vns devices any good for this sort of experience? a coworker mentioned she uses the pulsetto one for stress. But shes only stressed out, not tensing up as I am. So here I am, rummaging through hundreds of mixed reviews. im even not sure anyone using it out there is feeling the exact way I am. Sorry if this sounds like a rant, I just wish this could be over somehow.
