Thank you Kelly and Mail Carrier!

My daughter lost her wallet and today when the mail carrier opened our glass door to put the mail in the main door mail slot, she noticed the note between the two doors. So she knocked on the door to let us know it was there just in case we didn’t open the door (my mail goes inside so I probably would not have). There was a note around her wallet saying she found it at Kroger and was not comfortable leaving it there….signed Kelly! That was so thoughtful of her and the mail lady for making sure we found it! When I called my daughter she was so happy and said going to Kroger after work to ask about her wallet was on her TO DO List!

Just wanted to say Thank You Kelly we will pay it forward and hope you have a terrific day! ❤️

WOW Internet

We lost WiFi on Friday July 3rd. Then on Monday we lost power for almost 12 hours. We called WOW on monday and the recording said there was an outage. Then, we called again on Tuesday when the power came back and the recording was no longer reporting an outage. The customer service had my husband checking the router and scheduled a tech to come out Monday the 13th. My neighbor has WOW also, and actually had also called and they had the SAME convo and said they would send out a tech. I am beyond frustrated on why they would claim there is no outage if clearly no one in the area has service. Is anyone else getting the run around from them?
