Is there any better option for this price? Can't get and won't get the S24 since it has exynos in my country. Or is there any other better phone around the €315 ($370) price? Is it true that the camera barely changed in the past few flagships for Samsung?

I saw a post about the 60 NEO but not for the fusion version. I could install the 9.6 version, but would it work well? How about configuration?
