Is pet insurance worth it for a puppy?

It seems quite expensive for what it does not cover and the boosted the costs because it’s a full blooded beagle?

Apparently they are known for having epilepsy and hip displacer surgery?

Can anyone give me some insight for my newest family member?

I’m trying to debate whether or not to get insurance.
