Staying near ocean park beach for a week and looking for a gym that offers day passes or week long passes. Any recommendations?

Looking for Surgeon in NY that is in network with Anthem BCBS PPO. All surgeons I have contacted are OON and my current plan does not cover ANY OON costs. Starting to feel hopeless with finding a surgeon for a breast reduction. My PCP is on board with the reduction but I fear I will have to front the costs if I can't find a surgeon.
