My new Copperhead

Me and a coworker recently went and rescued 7 venomous snakes from a crackhouse after the guy got arrested and his family called us to rehome them. I can say I’m very pleased with my new copperhead and she (we believe it’s possibly a female) seems to be in much better condition after a few days, a nice meal, and lots of water. It’s such a shame the condition we found these snakes in, not a single one had even a drop of water and the 3 copperheads we did find were zip tied in a bin with nothing in it except a small amount of bedding.

Vipera Ammodytes

Earlier today me and a coworker went to somebodies house to rescue snakes. The family called and said they knew of one cobra out loose in the house and wasn’t sure what else they had since the guy who owned them was a crackhead and was in jail. Long story short we found 7 snakes all venomous and one of the ones I kept was vipera ammodytes I have other venomous snakes so handling isn’t an issue for me but I was hoping somebody on here could answer a couple of questions for me. How bad is the bite if I were to be bitten by one I am unfamiliar with the species other than I’m able to identify it and how would one be set up substrate and temperature wise?
