we're building an app based on sleep disorder for specifically ios people, since it's in medical/wellness direction, do we really need to give some features as of free, before the pricing plan, or can it be completely subscription based

we're building an app based on sleep disorder for specifically ios people, but we're not planning to take any medical/federal certifications, so can we use those medical terms in the name of the app itself, but we don't want to get rejected by apple or federal govt.
