Can't get a good tone because I have no idea what I'm doing. Had better tone out of my 15W amp I bought off eBay for 20.

I've recently bought the Boss katana 110, I assume I can ask about bass stuff here. For the life of me I can't understand how on earth to work this thing, either the tone is muddy and if I switch the pad on that helps but even so it sounds so fuzzy/buzzing. It's likely just me not knowing my shit but what can I do and will the app help me, I just found a cable for my laptop today.

Adapting to elvanse/vyvanse and one day actually feeling benefits hopefully.

21M, I have recently had to leave university because it wasn't working out for me. After 3 years of changing courses and eventually failing on my 2nd year again in a separate subject I ended up going for an evaluation for ADHD and ASD. I had been tested when I was much younger but because they'd never actually talked to me properly and just asked my parents questions nothing came of it, as for ADHD I was getting good grades I get skipped over because surely I must be fine. Lo and behold, I get diagnosed with both autism and inattentive ADHD, ADD makes more sense as a title though.

I'm in the titration period, for figuring out my dose of elvanse. First week of 30mg I had headaches every day, was tired and low mood. Once I had adapted to the meds I felt fine but I also felt absolutely no benefits. I also was a little irritable however lack of sleep (my own doing not the meds) and being stuck at home instead of going back to uni likely contribute .

I've just started taking 50mg I'm on my 4th day now. 1st day I drank lots of water to keep hydrated and maybe had a bit of a headache, I called a friend and I was just able to monologue about something 'we' were discussing for about 10 minutes whilst they were listening. I found myself remembering old memories, or a full song would be playing in my head which I didn't know I knew the lyrics for. In terms of benefits I felt nothing that day, it took me 3 hours to even start cooking lunch, I got no work done and instead distracted myself with anything else. 2nd and 3rd days I haven't felt any benefits really, I had an interview and was still asleep jittery and as nervous as usual, I guess I was able to get some work done but it was such a simple task. I've been struggling to start tasks even more I feel and it's really getting to me because these are supposed to help me.

On 30mg I was fine, but for 50 I haven't felt quite right, I've not really been hungry, been out of the zone filling my time with anything to distract myself, my mind is quieter so it runs quicker weirdly but as I mentioned above it's just odd. I think lots of these bits might be a settling in and adapting to the meds thing, I haven't felt like I've just been able to do work yet at all.

I'm sure people have had similar experiences. Am I just adapting to 50mg for these few days, will I feel benefit soon, or will I need to try a higher dose dependent on how these side effects stay?
