Advice needed

Hello! I’ve been consistent with Caroline’s workouts for the past 3 months, I am still very much a beginner and I am not the most active, lifestyle wise since I’ve been working from home for 6+ years.

However, I started 3 months ago and just finished EPIC 1 off YouTube and wanted to get some advice on what to take on next and what would be the better option going forward.

For reference, I’m 1.73m tall & 74 kg.
All advice is appreciated ⭐️

I don’t even hate my job

It’s the culture I hate. The job isn’t too bad, but my bone to pick with corporate is how they treat us like we’re stupid, like we’re supposed to be happy that we get to slave away our lives for their profits.

The issue is that it is not an honest transaction: they don’t just want me to trade my hours away for a wage, no. They want to own my brain. Own my thoughts, be grateful for the chance even in my most intimate moments, when I’m laying down my head on my pillow or simply taking a shower. They want to infiltrate your thoughts and make you see your own life in their induced ways.

Also, I don’t have words to humanly describe how I despise my boss. I live in Eastern Europe and our education system isn’t exactly the greatest, so corporations don’t exactly get the best trained professionals out there, they source their most brain dead, monkey work because labor is overall still pretty cheap compared to the rest of Europe or US. So they’ll pick virtually anyone off the streets even and get them a role. I’m pretty sure by the current state of affairs, my current team leader was brain dead and some recruiter looked at her and said “yeap, that will do!”

She knows she’s a nobody and has no real skill or career so she’ll defend the corporation every chance she gets and throw her team under the bus for upper management because that’s what a scared rat does, in the light of world wide layoffs.

I am trying to switch careers. My aim is to become a judge. I have 3 years left for college (started at 28) and hopefully will get there.

Halfway through: what does it say about me?

I’ve been watching Girls for like a week or so and I’m halfway through, just finished season 3 and I’d like to leave some opinions about each character and in that regard, I’m curious what that says about me because opinions on character arcs here are very contradictory.

For reference, I’m 29.

Marnie - hands down my favorite character. Sure she’s flawed, acts privileged sometimes but she also struggled quite a lot, it’s also not her fault she’s pretty. 9/10 would befriend her.

Hannah - fucking hate her guts, both appearance and personality wise she reminds me a lot of my boss which I hate from the core of my being. I think she’s insecure and doesn’t know what she wants, she can be a bitch. 0/10

Shoshanna - a bit weird, I think she’s neurodivergent, but I get the feeling she goes after what she wants, strong-willed and focused. Awkward but with a great involuntary sense of humor. Organized yet a bit messy in some areas. I can see how she could wear you down, but I’d definitely love to have her around, seems like the kind of friend who would straighten you out if you strayed too much. 8/10

Jessa - captivating but she would drive me nuts with her chaos. Obviously I can see the deep trauma she’s been through but in real life, a person like her would tire me out so much and I just wouldn’t have the patience for it. Yet, I feel she’s got a big heart and for instances when you want to feel *free* you can definitely call her. 6/10

Adam - hot as fuck, not just how he looks, but the way he speaks, his whole character is greatly built, eloquent, well spoken. A bit of a bum though, the kind that thinks he is above regular jobs or becomes pretentious in his creative process and couldn’t live with that. Looks like an animal in bed. 8/10 would hit.

Ray - classic smart weirdo who somehow lost himself and became the pitiful loser. Clearly smart and educated, yet obviously doing pretty bad (living in his mitsubishi) and Shosh was right, he doesn’t aim high. 7/10

Elijah - I would vibe with him sooo much and would love to have him as my best friend. Shitty and inconsiderate at times, but definitely my type of person. 9/10
