- Youtube (Five minute German/Your German Teacher)
- Deutsche Welle (Nico's Weg) - only completed 40% of A2 - ran out of time

We are a working married couple looking for a semi-furnished 2BHK or 3BHK apartment/builder floor. We have no kids, no pets, and are strictly non-smokers/non-drinkers/Vegetarians.

Here are our exact requirements:

• Preferred Locations: Koramangala or HSR Layout. We are also open to BTM or Adugodi (up to the junction after Nexus Mall).
• Strictly Avoid: ITI Layout and Mangamannapalya.
• Budget: Up to ₹40,000/month, depending on the property's size and quality.
• Bonus: The closer the property is to the Koramangala BDA complex, the higher we are willing to pay.
• Brokerage: Happy to pay a standard brokerage fee if the house is genuinely excellent (well-ventilated, has a balcony with trees infront, non-dusty roads).
• Dealbreakers: We want to deal with direct owners or independent brokers only. Please, no property management companies like Nestaway, Settl, Housr, Zolo, etc.

Budget upto 40k(open to paying more for better apartments) - Semi-furnished is fine. Prefer gated societies OR society with security.
