Hey I’ve worked at Amazon for little over a year now as an area manager. I am trying to relocate back to my home state and do an internal transfer. I’ve been trying for 3 months now I get under consideration then nothing happens. One time a hire manager asked me when I can start and see if can move in 2 weeks. Then spoke to my OM and never reached back out. I am really confused because I’ve been leading the number #1 shift all of the year. Data even backs me up. Is it generally hard to do an internal transfer and can my site be blocking me from transferring? Just asking for some help, thank you!
