Sunscreen recommendations

Hello. I have a lot of suntan and unfortunately it’s almost impossible for me to avoid the sun. Even my lips have become darker.

I’ve tried some highly recommended sunscreens but they left a greasy layer on my skin and I ended up getting pimples because of that.

I’ve tried:

- La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Solar Cream Ultimate Protection Ultra Long-UVA SPF 50+

- Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun Aqua-Fresh Rice + B5 SPF 50+ PA++++

- CeraVe 100% Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50

Could you please suggest a sunscreen that works well for extremely oily skin? I currently don’t have any pimples because I’ve stopped using almost everything on my face.

Also, can sunscreen help fade my suntan over time? If so could you suggest a toner or another skincare option that might help with fading the tan?

Brightening facial or cream

I’m a typical brown girl. My mother has called me “Kali” directly or indirectly since I was a toddler and I never really had an issue with it.

Recently, though, my family has started looking for a marriage proposal for me, and suddenly they’re saying they want a “Shabana” (not mocking her) fair and sacrificing girl. I’ve also noticed that many brown girls around me somehow became much fairer over the months or weeks. Obviously, they don’t have to share what they did but I’m honestly tired of constantly being compared.

Recently even my younger cousin mocked me for my complexion and laugh all the Award i got as a athlete. I’m just exhausted of this treatment.

My dermatologist suggested microneedling because I used to have a lot of acne, but I don’t have many bumps anymore. My main issue is tanning/sunburn. I want to get rid of the tan and maybe become a little fairer.

Would it be better to go to a dermatologist/cosmetologist rather than a beauty parlor or use viral cream? I mainly want something safe for removing the tan and improving my skin tone. There are so many facials and carbon treatment etc. Please suggest me something that help you and please be kind with your words.

Psychologist issues

Recently I saw a meditation program in fb and wanted to join that so I gave them my number. As usual they call me and ask me why I wanted to join. Unfortunately I overshare many things. That's is not the problem. The main problem is that person literally said that most of the psychologist in bd prescribe patients sleeping pills which made them addicted. She also said they are not that qualified to treat any mental issues like adhd, bpd and ocd. Meditation can help me with my anxiety and depression.

She is a professional person. Is it really a bitter truth??

Academic dishonesty

  1. Can a single cheating incident in the first year of university, resulting in a semester expulsion, permanently ruin a student's chances of getting into graduate school? Is a semester expulsion for one cheating incident enough to destroy an academic career permanently?

  2. How do graduate schools view a first-year academic misconduct or dishonesty case if the student shows improvement afterward? Can strong grades, research,

and personal growth outweigh a first-year misconduct record in graduate school applications?

  1. Can a student rebuild trust and academic credibility after being expelled for a semester due to cheating once in mid?

  2. Should a student continue pursuing higher education after receiving a disciplinary punishment? Should a student give up on higher education?

  3. How much weight do graduate admissions committees place on a past cheating incident from undergraduate studies?

  4. Are there successful students or professionals who recovered academically after a serious disciplinary action in university?

Thriller Recommendations

I have recently finished this manhwa. It was great experience. I had to hold my breath at every chapter and I felt the ending was so satisfying.

Can anybody recommend me such thrilling manhwas where you had to hold your breath till you end it?

Thanks in advance

Why this is normal?

I’m sorry, but I really want to know why r@pe seems like such a normal, everyday thing in the news.

I want to understand the psychology of these people. Are they addicted to those videos or drugs? Even if they are addicted, why do they become addicted in the first place? In Ramisa’s case, why did the wife accompany him? Why are there so many unsolved cases? Is it really harder to punish a criminal than a student?

A criminal violently kills someone, people come forward and block roads demanding justice but within a few months everything is gone. People move on until another case happens. It feels like a loop

Academic misconduct

Will this semester expulsion for academic misconduct negatively affect my chances of pursuing a Master’s or PhD abroad or getting jobs in the future, even if my academic results are good and what if i start fresh at another university?
