I am a newbie looksmaxxer/Leanmaxxer who is 25% body fat bulked wanting to get chisled and lean. I am on 3MG of osterine 500 Cals daily deficit. I have high BP week 8, I am also combining it with .25 MG of enclo and my daily 10MG of adderall for ADHD.

Week 8 I have nausea, high BP, liver inflamed a bit I feel like. I have had zero blood work, but I have a meticulous 50 page log of daily symptoms.

By the way how are all of y'all taking 10,20, 30MG of osterine- its either bunk/watered down or your lucky. My liver punihses me if I go beyond 3.
