Is twice a day too much?

My doctor told me apply morning and night- put on clean dry skin wait 30 minutes- then apply moisturizer.

I’ve only done nights tho because i’m scared i’ll damage my skin… im prone to getting red easily

This is my second bottle now (about 6 weeks in and i’ve definitely seen a little improvement)

Should i try twice a day now? Or is that too much? My skin barrier seems okay but i definitely get a little red and flake around my mouth sometimes still

Lyme from tick in backyard

Hey everyone, just a warning…

A few days ago my mom was bitten by a tick that our dog must of brought in from the backyard. The bite was on the same side of her as our dog slept in her bed. He’s very fluffy so we didn’t notice the tick

The doctor diagnosed her with early Lyme disease today and she’s on antibiotics now

We live near Walkers Line and Lakeshore

I know ticks are everywhere, but I never thought one carrying Lyme disease could end up in our own backyard. It’s scary to think how they can be anywhere

Please check your dogs every time they come inside. These nasty little bugs could be anywhere!!
