New owner seasoning help
I just got this blackstone from my buddy who didn’t use it anymore. I’ve always wanted one so he said “get it off my porch”.
I cook nearly exclusively with cast iron, so I understand the process of seasoning and the purpose behind it. What
What I DONT understand is getting the seasoning to turn around the edges of the griddle top. Does this come with time or can I do something intentional to ensure that my top matches all around?
