I started Foundayo at the beginning of August. I was on Zepbound for over a year and decided to try Foundayo due to insurance dropping coverage for Zep. Today is my last day on Foundayo. I’ll share my experience:

-extreme fatigue -lost 1 pound -mild headaches -holding on to water weight, always look and feel bloated -acne that I’ve never previously experienced -very vivid,sometimes scary dreams

I did not make it to the therapeutic dose. I told my doctor about the attain/maintain study and they were unwilling to let me start at a higher dose even after being on Zep for so long. My insurance changed again and my prior authorization for Zepbound was approved today. Good luck to everyone. I will consider Foundayo again in the future for maintenance.

I was on Zep for about 18 months. I lost 40 pounds total. Insurance stopped covering it and I did self pay for 6 months. I was on 12.5 by the time I had to quit due to cost. After quitting, I gained 12 pounds in 2 months. My face was puffy. I started getting acne (has never been an issue, I typically have great skin).

I’ve been on Foundayo for 1 month now. Started 2.5 3 days ago. I’ve only lost 1 pound. Can’t lie I’m feeling pretty discouraged and I miss Zepbound tremendously. Side effects with Foundayo so far : horrible headaches , dry mouth, mild nausea.
