Will this still work?
Will this still work for tufting if I pull it tight? I have this fabric left over but it only stretches to three sides of the frame, not four. I'm curious if this will still work or not

Can I put carpet backing on after shaving/sculpting?
The glue on my rug has dried, I am out of carpet backing and I can't afford any until Friday. I'm wondering if I could start shaving and stuff now while I wait until Friday?
