Insomnia relief vs the experience questions
I’m new to Amanita. I’ve been using amanita Regalis capsules for about a month now. I got them to help me sleep but they are full spectrum. I take 1 or 2 500mg capsules at night and my sleep is sometimes not restful. I’ve not had that restorative sleep so many describe. My questions are
- Should I get a decarbed tincture at night to get that restorative sleep?
- Do you need to take breaks?
- Will the decarbed panther be better for insomnia?
I love it though I love the calming effect but I only feel a buzz if I stop for a few days. I’ve never had the experience I’ve been too scared to take more than 4 at once as I live alone .
