Hi all, has anyone who put in a ticket for not being able to add their contacts to the phone (through local send w/vcf file) gotten a response? I put my ticket in over two weeks ago and haven't received anything. If you did get a response what was the fix?

Hi all, has anyone that ordered in Late April received a shipping notice yet? US order.

My last two phones were from startups so I'm used to dealing with shipping delays, figured I'd check in though since we were last told July and I didn't get an email yet.
