I just received my Kasbah sweater in the mail and I’m honestly so annoyed. I opened the package to find pulls and snags all over it, it looks like it’s already been worn or just handled terribly.
Given the price point, this is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, it’s completely sold out now, so I can’t even exchange it for a new one. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of quality control issue recently? I feel like the quality has really gone downhill lately especially in these past few years
