I am fairly new to Marketplace. I was selling an expensive item. It was brand new and sealed. I got a message from a young man... it started off fairly normal with questions about the item, where I'm located, and payments I would accept. Then out of left field he said my item was "used" and wanted it for 65% off the listed price. I explained it wasn't "used" , and had never even been opened. He went on a long rant about buying it for slightly more from the company. Which I said he is more than welcome to do, but he would then have to deal with shipping from China, tariffs/duties, etc. He then said he was reporting me to the company (?!) for selling their goods if I didn't give him a discount. After that, I just stopped responding.

Come to find out he left me a one star rating and warned others that I'm scamming. Is there anyway to get this insane feedback removed? Or at least respond it it?
