This company has just been reaching far beyond its scope at this point. I see posts on here all the time and I've personally heard from our customers that people are feeling completely harassed about the TJx card. As they should. We do announcements about it every half hour and our associates are being required to ask for the three no's. And now, our sales floor associates, who are already buried in all the crap from the backroom (which, as quoted by one of the managers, has "a million clothes to hang,") are being required to walk around the store with the pamphlets and speak to literally every customer about it while they're shopping and do nothing else at all. Corporate is out of their depths. They have no idea what our customers actually want. The people making these decisions are out-of-touch to an absurd and honestly pathetic degree. I'm sure others here feel the same but I am checked out. Completely exhausted by their decisions.
