I was thinking of ideas for a fanfic I am working on, and for plot reasons Izuku wants to create a move like Heat Vision of Superman. But he also takes inspiration from Cyclops and his kinetic Optic Blasts.

Supermove Name — Kinetic Vision

Mechanism I have thought are-

1. Fajin - is used on his eye muscles, and charged up using Saccadic Movements and Microsaccades

(basically normal eye movements that are rapid, and repetitive).

Not much energy generated, compared to bigger muscles, but works in this case.

2. Blackwhip- a thin, almost the thickness of a hair, tendril is produced by him on his corneal surface at the time of firing.

The cross section area is almost non existent.

He transfers the Fajin energy into the Blackwhip tendril (this causes his eyes to glow red briefly) and -

1. Because of the almost non existent cross section, even the meagre energy gains immense pressure

2. shoots off like an instantaneous vector instead of normal projectile motion. Like a Hitscan projectile.

3. punches through objects and also causes a miniature explosion due to implosion of air into plasma.
