Need Help with Intelliflo 3 pump with touch screen.

I’m getting the runaround from Pentair and would like to compare information with other pool owners who have a Pentair IntelliFlo 3 VSF pump with the touchscreen display.
I’m mainly looking for pictures of the Wi-Fi signal screen on the pump display. I’m having an issue where the pump screen shows an incorrect Wi-Fi signal strength.
My pump display shows “Very Weak” – 99 dB, while the Pentair app shows “Great” – 27 dB for the same pump/network.
If you have an IntelliFlo 3 with the touchscreen, would you be willing to post a picture of:
- The Wi-Fi information/signal screen on the pump
- The software/firmware version screen on the pump
I’m trying to determine whether this is a firmware/software issue with the touchscreen display or something specific to my pump.
I would really appreciate any pictures or information from other IntelliFlo 3 owners.
