Help Pentair heat pump!!

Nobody can get out here for service for over one month. It seems that when I turn it on it studies the water temperature and then there’s a click and nothing I changed the capacitor. It was installed in 2019. The entire system has been cleaned and flushed and backwashed and rinsed as I know a dirty filter will stop the heater however, if you watch this video, if you could tell me what is going on, I would appreciate it as I am about to bang my head off of the wall again I changed the capacitor and still nothing

Pentair Plus30 SWGs are all DEFECTIVE!

I installed a 10k gal, plaster, salt water pool last summer using all top-of-the-line Pentair equipment: Intellichlor Plus30 SWG, two Intelliflow VSPs (one for pool, one for water features), and a cartridge filter. I have a pool guy, but notice the chemicals are never right when I occasionally test with near-zero chlorine and skyhigh pH (due to new plaster, of course). I then take the plunge and join the Trouble Free Pool cult (praise be to Taylor Test Kit) to find out what's really going on. After countless hours, I confidently determine the Plus30 SWG isn't generating any chlorine via overnight chlorine lost tests followed by overnight chlorine gain tests. I'm running that thing at 75% for 21 hours a day and should be generating over 10ppm daily. Instead, it generates NOTHING.

I have now had THREE Plus30 SWGs installed by Pentair. Not a single one has ever generated a single ppm of chlorine. I'm so frustrated with Pentair. It's clear they've had a bad batch of Plus30's but instead of throwing them out, they're installing and hoping pool owners are too stupid to notice. I want to shove my foot up the a** of their dipsh*t CEO.

Has anyone else had issues with their Plus30/40/50/60 SWGs?

Pentair app constantly offline?

New pool and have the intellisense system. I just received water when the 4 day outage happened. I have used the local connection. Since it has came online I have add my account however after a day it shows offline and I have to reboot the panel or sign in again. Anyone experiencing this?

ScreenLogic. WiFi redo, and success.

Added a WiFi mesh satellite to my pool area. The 1st Gen Google puck has an Ethernet port; as most do. From there it’s all hardwired to the Pentair Easytouch 8. The SL App has always worked well but the Pentair Wireless setup was always iffy. This modern WiFi mesh is really solid. This project is nothing new, just wanted to share one more version. The WiFi friendly box on Amazon made me go for it. In all fairness to Pentair, their WiFi antenna system was way ahead of the game, but substituting a modern WiFi link is the best way to keep the Protocol Adapter in the game, especially considering its price. Whats your biggest pain point with Pentair pool equipment?

Or put another way, if you could get Pentair to change one thing to make your experience with Pentair Pool equipment/service better, what would that be? What is it that you loathe about pentair if anything … a product issue you cant ever avoid.. anything.. im curious to learn.. maybe we can do something about it.
