I'll start this off by saying that over the past few months, me and your founder and administrator, u/awkward-media-4726 have been working together behind the scenes. I've been trying to sort out the shitty behavior from Jax fans, while she works on shitty behavior from Jax haters.

I want to emphasize that neither side is in the right if they decide to personally harass, bully, insult or shame people for what their opinions on a cartoon are. I and my team have permanently banned multiple people from our subreddit for causing issues here. I will continue to ban those that intend to ruin the peace that your team and ours have worked to create. While you and I likely have very different ideas about Jax, what takes priority is the safety of the members of our respective communities, which is our main focus.

I've seen a great improvement in behavior from you guys, and less improvement from the guys at Jaxfanclub. I'm slightly disappointed at how long it's taking them to moderate, but unfortunately, I can't exactly split the SavingJax team up to send our mods over to help them. It's irritating that you guys seem to be taking the "Do not post stuff from opposing subs" far more seriously than them.

I understand that in the past I've given you guys shit, but as the TADC fandom quiets down and becomes more of a post-show vibe, I wanted to check if you guys are cool with my sub.

I also apologize to the moderators for not reaching out to them with the advice that I gave TSBWH which helped them tidy up their moderation. Frankly, I don't know why I chose to be the person to clean up the Jax-related subreddits, but people say I'm doing a good job, I just want to check there's no animosity between your sub and ours.

I'm not accusing every single one of you, but I just checked the timeline here and there's already a direct link to something from the Jax hate sub. We don't like it when posts from our subs are posted on theirs, so please don't do exactly that if you want them to continue to try to improve.

It feels weird having to have been the mediator for both sides of the Jax discussion, but I've been working with your admin for a few months to improve the moderation here, and I'm going to start getting Jaxfanclub to sort their shit out too.

Amanda Hufford's comments about Jax are her opinion and it's fine to have that opinion, however, I want it nowhere near this sub.

This is a joint effort between all of the members of the moderation team who are on the private Telegram. Episode 1 is currently "live" and being played out, after which it will be written to fit the events that transpire.

After multiple chances to allow us to have our space to heal and recover, we've received nothing but unending harassment and bullying. Do not go to this sub to spread hate, ultimately, some of you were right, they are unable to be kind, and only intend to cause pain to people.

It's a shame, but I guess trying to be nice to a community built around hate was a dumb fucking idea.

We did it. We saved Jax. But there's still Jaxes out there that need help. And we're still going full steam ahead on our Fixit AU's and other awesome community work. I just wanted to clear the air, incase anyone is wondering what's next.

I don't want to act as though I get to say I am the one it affected most, but the thing with Jax continues to put me in serious danger. I can't really trust myself at home where there's sharp objects. I'm trusting my moderators to take care of this place while I'm gone. This subreddit exists both to save Jax and to save me, my life is a near 1:1 of everything that happened to them and what happened has put me at extreme risk and I need to be put somewhere that I'm not a danger to myself.

We're looking for artists who might like to create the branding for the sub and the Telegram. It's not a contest or anything, nobody loses. Currently we have unrelated images but something specifically about saving Jax would be great!

I took another look at the leak, but my take will be confirmed in a few hours. Zooble says to Gangle that Jax is having a lot of difficult/human thoughts. Pomni must have filled them in on the fact he's still in there.

I am not at any real risk anymore. I've been promised meaningful help, and I'm flagged as someone at high risk. To clarify, Jax's abstraction isn't the sole reason this happened. I've been clinically depressed since I was a child and recently they decided to increase the medication that causes me suicidal ideations. Past two years have been torture and Jax was getting me through things - seeing a character who is disturbingly identical to my struggle and hoping he pulls through gave my life a lot of purpose.

I'm going to try to use the internet less for a while. June 4th is going to fuck me up.

I want to address the jackass saying this is roleplay. Fuck you, dude. I had to sleep in a tiny ass room surrounded by people with a guard posted outside of the door and I wasn't able to leave. My best friend, who isn't even in the same country, had to sit in call with me the whole day to keep me calm. I was barely able to speak to the doctors and multiple times a code blue was called so I know I was in the same building as people literally fucking dying.
