Worth upgrading from 7900x to 9850x3D on PC used primarily for 4K gaming?
Hey everyone!
Would there be any real significant benefit to upgrading to the 9850x3D chip from a 7900x from a gaming standpoint at 4K? (ie. greater than 10-15% average fps uplift) I do little to no productivity work on this PC and don't run any super highly threaded workflows. At this point should I just wait until zen6?
My specs are as below:
CPU: 7900x
RAM 64 GB 6000 MT
GPU: Stock PNY RTX 4090
Storage: 2TB PCIe gen 4
