We have a Comcast line dangling feet above the backyard where our kids play. We called and submitted a ticket, after a month we called for an update and the agent told us "the other agents lied, we don't remove down Comcast lines". We just want this line removed so my nephews can enjoy their yard again. We've been dealing with this safety hazard for weeks and have no where else to turn. Hopefully reddit will pull through.
