This standalone building close to Starbucks at Sand Canyon Plaza has been empty for years. I believe it was a bank before. There’s a lot of construction around it. Does anyone know what this is going to be?

Before I do, is there a new model coming out anytime soon? It's $200 off, but if there is a new one, I'm okay to wait. Our dishwasher is slowing down, but still working. I can put it off for a little bit longer.
