Who is shampoo (windmill girl) exactly?
we all know she has some sort of relationship with soap, but there’s been a lot of arguments debating what kind of relationship she has.
some people are saying she’s soaps girlfriend/significant other
others are saying that she’s his sister
and I even saw one person say she was his daughter (which is most likely not the answer)
