Is university of galway any good or worth it for an american? I see it has whitewater kayaking which is something i really want to continue to do in college.

I was looking online, and it wasn't obvious if there was a whitewater kayaking club or something for kayaking through, like an outing group. Is there access to kayaking, do people kayak weekly?
