Just want to share my experience regarding the BMI requirement
So, I went to the Emirates cabin crew assessment day in my home country few days ago . For reference, I’m 68 kg and 165 cm tall.
I remember very clearly that whenever I asked people online about the BMI requirements, they would always say things like, “You need to lose weight,” “Emirates likes skinny people,” or “You’ll be eliminated in the first round.”
Well, hate to break it to you, but that’s not the case!
I made it to the final interview, and I wasn’t the only bigger girl there.
I just wanted to share my experience because I know there are people with a few extra kilos who might be giving up on their chances for that reason alone.
So, if you’re one of them, please don’t withdraw your application or give up before even trying. Go ahead and give it a shot! ❤️✈️
