Donations needed for medical and living expenses due to my congestive heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and ovarian cysts.
I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and ovarian cysts. These health challenges have forced me to spend months at a time in the emergency room, and my physical limitations have become significant. I can no longer take out my own garbage, walk to the mailbox, or do tasks such as laundry or walk far in a grocery store. My medical bills are outstanding, and Social Security continues to deny me, even though I have a lawyer. I have no Medicaid, no insurance, and very expensive medications that I have to pay full price for. I live alone in a very isolated area, have no savings, and am unable to work.
Sometimes, when I need to do physical activity to keep up things around my house, I have set off my defibrillator, which doesn’t feel very good when it shocks me and uses up my battery. I’m on my second defibrillator implant. I’ve passed out and bruised and twisted my body and hit my head, falling down when passing out. The money could also help pay my landlord to do some of the hard physical activities for me, so I can stay safe and avoid injury.
