Does anyone else experience this?

I just started working here about two weeks ago. I really like it. It’s pretty laid back and working in printing/copy is super fun and keeps me busy. The only down side of this job is the customers. I don’t know if it’s my location, but I have met the most nasty people working here. Everyone is so impatient and rude if things don’t go their way. I’m still learning all the printing we do so when I’m alone I can’t really determine what can be done at staples or not. Yesterday I had some man get passive aggressive with me because he couldn’t figure out how to send an email to our print… I also cross train so I’m up front on registers too. I’ve never met such rude working in customer service. Is this an everywhere experience?
