What's happened??"It's been almost a year, and these still haven't gotten better."

I am using now

skin 1004 ampoule foam cleanser

Skin 1004 shoothing cream as moisturizer

Skin 1004 light oil cleanser

Boj sunscreen

Azelaic acid from skinoren( recently added)

Avene cicalfate at night not everyday

These completely go away, but then they come back again. I haven't noticed much improvement with azelaic acid. They haven't increased recently, but they also haven't gone away completely. What can I do now? They don't itch, but they tend to get worse in hot weather and when I sweat.

I've also tried stopping all of my skincare products, but there was no improvement.
