Just coming on here to ask if anyone has gotten pregnant soon after their c section? I am 3 months pp with a pretty uneventful pregnancy and smooth planned c section experience and I definitely was NOT planning on this. I have started taking birth control and have only taken my pills for four days but my husband and I had intercourse and the condom ripped and we obviously did not notice until after. I did end up taking a plan B just in case but I don’t feel any comfort because with my first I had also taken plan B (obviously didn’t work.)
I am extremely nervous, while I would love to have a second baby I am worried about getting pregnant again so soon. Any experiences or advice with this ? I’m so hoping this won’t be the case but need some mental clarity on the situation.

I am only two months pp from my first baby. I had a pretty uneventful pregnancy and my c section was planned as baby was breach, but our baby does have special needs.
My husband and I were using condoms waiting for my birth control to kick in (was only on my fourth day of taking it.) and the condom broke.
I haven’t tested yet because my cycle is extremely irregular from having just given birth, but I am so anxious and have yet to tell anyone other than my husband (I live in a state where abortion is 100% illegal.) but I am nowhere in a place where I could handle being pregnant again and I am definitely considering an abortion but obviously anxious of the risks.
I am so scared with it being this soon after my c section and even more scared I cannot just go into my own OB office to get some peace of mind.
Does anyone have any advice on my situation? I’m just really in need of some insight and maybe just some advice and kind words.

My husband’s job will be relocating us to Washington state next year. We will be in the Vancouver-ish area. By that time our son with DS will be about 16 months and I am wondering what services/recourses are like in Washington or even Portland since we will be in close proximity. I have already done a bit of research myself, but I’d love to hear anyone’s actual advice and info!
