Anyone know the best way to get ahold of Financial Aid department? Or the best contact I could reach out to? Emailed them 3 weeks ago and followed up every week with no response.

Tried calling a few times but I waited almost 2 hours each time and ended up hanging up🥲💀

Can’t go in person bc I work mon-friday 730am to 430pm & they close before then.

Just trying to get my FA stuff situated as a recent transfer student but my experience so far has been unpleasant 🥲 trying to keep a positive mindset.

Has anyone ever received 2 C’s & 2 A’s for their science grades and still got into the program? I am super curious as that’s what I currently have for my science classes 😭
