I’m starting on 3rd week of sinus infection. 1st week it was mild sore throat and I thought I was successfully fighting it. Then it hit me full force so I started Augmentin and prednisone the 2nd week. About 4-5 days later I felt symptoms returning full force so I went back to urgent care. They started me on doxycycline and more prednisone. I’ve had 3 doses so far. I still feel awful. I’m utterly fatigued and exhausted. My nose is not stuffy or runny but the pressure under my eyes and face is uncomfortable. No fever at all. Can feel sinus congestion down my throat which is mildly sore.

I also started doing the saline sinus rinse. If there is anything else that can help I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I've been a Now Internet prepaid customer for quite a few months now. I have the 200 MPBS plan because that was the only modem I could find.

I did not refill my service this past month because I haven't been at home. However, I want to refill but have the 100 MPBS plan. I cannot get any resolution. When I log into the Now Internet it tells me to schedule a call. I did that. Today.

The 2 reps I talked to said they were unable to help me. I keep getting stuck in an endless loop. I was on the phone for almost an hour with no resolution.

Additionally, I have been to 3 stores (2 Boost Mobile stores and 1 Xfinity retail store) to try to find the $30 modem and have been unsuccessful.

Can someone please help me to get the $30/100 MPBS plan? This is my last-ditch effort before I jump ship and go to a competitor. That is a valid option.
