Help me choose a laptop

Hi! I am a PhD student and I want to get a new laptop. Priority being battery and general longevity- I don’t want to have to switch my laptop in between my thesis work. My sole purpose is to research and write - meaning essentially I require chrome, MS word and certain other add-ons like Zotero.

My one condition is that it should be a lightweight device - I will be lugging it around everywhere, I need that process as easy as possible.

Budget - maximum 90,000

I am currently using an HP i5 15” laptop

I just moved to a new campus to pursue my PhD, I was super exited and everything was going well. Today morning, like all other mornings thus far I went out of campus for a walk, and on the way back, lord knows how, I ended up on my ass on the roadside. A chetan who works as security at my campus came and exclaimed that I had fallen, and that’s when I noticed my left knee- completely cut up. I still don’t know what I fell against lol, but my knee looked straight out of a crime scene. I got up, got my shit together and walked till the campus only for allll the security chetanmaar to cumulatively tell me how my knee was bleeding like shit. I kept it all together, walked to the health centre and the nicest nurse aunty helped me. Appozhekkum dam potti, mongikond called husband and amma lol. Pinne enda cherry on top of the cake aayit oru TTyum kitti.
