Working as a ortho surgeon so notuch time on my hands except 2 tmies per week a gym session and 1-2 CrossFit session newly added.
Would also wonder if you guys can estimate fat%?
Last pic is from 5 month ish ago, during first phases of my weight loss journey.
P.s now when im in it for 6 month, its becoming progressively hard to maintain daily 1650 kcal, so last week or so had some slips of up to 1800-2000 kcal per day instead of 1659, any advice how to battle the hungry moments after a very long or stressfull shifts?
