When does the emotional blunting caused by lithium go away?

I think I have bipolar II depression with atypical features, I want it to cure me, to give me back my emotions and cure my hypersomnia. When I was a teenager lithium got me out of a pretty severe major depressive state and I lasted years without medication being functional and happy. Last year I relapsed out of nowhere... however in my baseline state I can feel at least 10% of my emotions as they were before, but lithium gives me an unbearable blunting and almost nullifies my consciousness...

I've been taking Wellbutrin, for two weeks but it gives me impulsive behaviors, and a feeling of extreme activation and sensory hypersensitivity that is unbearable... I lost important things because of taking this... so I don't know.

Could it be non-convulsive epilepsy?

My symptoms have been more psychiatric than convulsive, I had anhedonia and cognitive dulling for weeks... the depressive side hasn't gotten better, I've tried taking medications and it's unbearable even on the first day, I've also had physical episodes, hypersensitivity to light, slurred speech, episodes where I walk super slowly, one day I had a kind of unbearable headache, I had like 4 involuntary movements of my head... Also, on several occasions but in different months I had paralysis of my whole body for a few seconds where I couldn't move my body but I could move my eyes... I was conscious during them, but it lasted like 5 seconds... they already did an MRI and everything was fine, but they haven't been able to do the epilepsy test, the symptoms that incapacitate me the most are the depressive ones, I live with them every day so I don't know? The neurologist ordered the epilepsy test, she says it may or may not be.

Bad ideas ?

Why is it that without my meds I can actually feel love for music, for my partner... and then when I'm ON my meds I get these super intense thoughts and urges, like he's not giving me enough attention, I even feel like I hate him, that he's so egocentric or that he's not even himself anymore... I thought it was my partner's fault but then I realized I feel like that about other people too, it already happened to me with bupropion and when I stopped it it was like I was a totally different person... I just think it's so weird how I go from "he's the love of my life" to suddenly hating him out of nowhere... same thing with happy memorys or music...

Day 4...

I've been taking bupropion 150 MG for 4 days and it's been weird. For 4 days I've been feeling like I'm on high alert all the time. When I wake up the light feels way more unbearable, and it's overwhelming to feel my surroundings so much, every word people say, every sound, every movement, it's like being on edge nonstop. I can't really focus or get much done like this either... and I don't feel love for my partner anymore which is super weird for me... these days have felt like having your phone brightness on max the whole time, honestly pretty overwhelming.

2nd day Hell

The second day on bupropion was hell — extreme light sensitivity, altered consciousness, I feel agitated, and for some strange reason I got emotional blunting, something I've never had before and I know it's because of the medication. I don't understand why it's blunting my emotions, and why I feel like an activation in my head that seems more like an altered state of consciousness... it's weird, and it gave me extreme insomnia lol I could only fall asleep at 9AM..

Prozac...

Can Prozac restore emotions? I have atypical depression, I sleep a lot, and I definitely haven't been able to feel my emotions 100% like before.... I've tried bupropion before and it was hell

This has sense...?

I take half a bupropion and it actually wakes me up, I can get way more stuff done, but if I take the whole pill it gives me the worst depression and anhedonia ever, why?

I'm pretty sure i cant even supposed to split the pill cause it doesn't have that little score line, but my doctor still told me to take half? It's only 150mg per pill...

I took the pill and, as the hours passed, I experienced emotional numbness and mental fog; my thoughts are really distant, and I also feel a slight dark sensation, like depression, It's been the most painful and endless day... yesterday, before I started taking it, I was happy and even went out and did things. I don't know what to think... Maybe it's a side effect? I took it for a week before, and I had to stop because it gave me such a severe depression that it completely shut me down; it was horrible... should i wait?
