Seems like it's abit in the style of the private servers from days of old, insta 60, get som pre raid gear and then be of on your merry way to do things for better gear.

Hi, my wifes birthday is closing in and i've been thinking about getting her a carbon fiber tripod as her birthday gift, she has been looking at buying one for a long time now so i would like to have some advice.
I have very little knowledge regarding photography equipment, and most of my photo experience is just me using her old camera just for fun when we are out on trips.
Would be great if It's not very bulky and kinda easy to bring along during trips, and a bonus if it's easy to bring while hiking.
A few options from various price ranges would be greatly appreciated, i dont know if there's any good budget carbon fiber tripods out, i'm not exactly swimming in money but i'm ready to put in some extra hours of overtime if that would be needed.
