Abe Cunningham Appreciation Post. What’s your favorite Abe performance?

So I recently revisited Self Titled and I am in awe of how good Abe is. I truly enjoy his work on Battle-Axe. He’s technically proficient but never loses that grooviness even when the subject matter is dark and moody. Those signature changes and that little added flavor is also just 🤌🏽 The man is a goddamn prodigy and it pisses me off a little that he’s not on any of the 100 best list. I digress. What’s yalls favorite Abe performance?

How intense is PT during boot camp?

I (m, 38) just joined the reserves and I'm about to take the ASVAB and MEPS this week. I'm in great shape and I'm not too worried about the written test or even the physical entrance benchmarks but I do have bad knees because of an old soccer injury (or perhaps just age) that makes me worried about the daily PT during boot camp. To be clear, I never had a tear or a dislocation or anything major. But after consecutive hours or days of intense work-out they do begin to hurt and get sore to the point I might have to take a day or two off from working out. Now, because I knew I would be joining I began working out and running 5 and 10ks for about a year now and strengthening my joints to the point where I can do a 6.5 min mile and swim the 500 yd in less than 15.

The question's in the title, how intense is daily PT? Should I be worried about a medical waiver or would I be okay with the exercise I'm currently doing?
