Needing some help with the EE, doesn’t matter if it’s standard or directors cut🤣

I was wondering if anybody has ever had an issue with FA20 not going over 3lbs of boost. It has like a hesitation. It’s almost at 80k miles. Dual external wastegates, and boostlab turbo. Replacing the PCV hose and the oil sump for turbo today. Just curious if anybody has any idea which direction I should go in, thanks.
