Zone 2 Running...

I've been going to the gym for 2 years and have recently started triathlon. I started training in Feb this year and love it! One thing I'm really struggling with is zone 2 running? I feel like it is so SLOW. I have head it is slow but it is ridiculous, I'm going off my garmin and trying to keep my HR where it needs to be but I can't help but feel I may as well be walking. I've run 16//20km comfortably and after realised I was in zone 3/4 so have recently tried sticking it in zone 2. It just feels wrong.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Am I working towards a faster pace whilst keeping my HR low? Im F 25

Buying a new bike... advice?

I've done a few sprint / olympic triathlons this year and have signed up for a 70.3 next year. Post that, I want to do a full ironman. I bought a £340 second hand road bike from a local bike shop and it's pretty good but I'm looking for an upgrade. Happy to spend around £3-5k and want to buy new. I've been looking at the Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 7 Di2 although I've heard there's a stigma around them?? Does anyone have any advice or bike recommendations? I'm female, 25.
