How to look my absolute best?

I started using 1% retinol, sunscreen and being generally more intentional about my skincare after not even using moisturizer for years and washing face with harsh soaps. First digitals. Are these good enough to submit? Better ways to take them?

I am trying to perfect my digitals before submitting to agencies. How do I improve them? I am aiming for editorial, high fashion and avant garde modeling. My measurements are:
