How do you get AI to actually understand your brand?

I’m curious how other social teams are handling this. We’ve all got access to AI tools now, but most of the output still feels pretty generic unless you feed it a ton of brand context.

What have you found actually works for teaching AI your brand voice, visual style, audience, boundaries, etc? Are you building prompt libraries, feeding it past content, using brand docs, or doing something else?

Is anyone else seeing reach go up while engagement goes down?

I've noticed something across a few accounts I manage that feels counterintuitive.

Content is reaching way more people than it was a year ago, but engagement rates aren't keeping pace. In some cases, posts are getting significantly more views than they used to, yet fewer likes and comments as a percentage of reach.

I've noticed platforms are pushing more content to non-followers, which naturally means you're reaching a broader audience that has less reason to engage.

Curious if other social media managers are seeing the same thing. Have you changed the way you measure success because of it? Or are engagement rates still one of your primary KPIs?
