Its stable around 95° C and I want to lower it down to under 90° C, what should I do?

Specs are rtx 3050 6gb, i5 12450H, 16gb ram.

Setting is medium with high texture quality.

This is my first ever laptop and idk anything about laptop. Why my CPU so hot?? What should I do??
