I wonder guys does pc grounding was that important?

and what the risk if I not doing it?

so I have an pc with a spec i7 gen 2 and a nvidia quadro 600 with 16gb 2x8 ddr3 ram. so I have an issue everytime I boot up my pc, the display output sometimes switchin from the vga to the onboard. and when I shutdown my pc for this day, at the next day I can use display output from my vga and almost everyday I got the same issues. I really tired of switchin from one output to the other output. is there any solution for this? I use my pc to do an online class that almost everyday class I say it. (on the photo I put my vga cable to the onboard bcauz my vga card is no signal )

I'm trying to update my AIC factory base, but everytime I do it, always my battery supply always drain fastly. so it is better to load the battery from the portal/depot or load the battery from the production unit for efficiency? (ignore the photo)
